President and CEO Named as 2022 Arkansas Fellow for National New Leaders Council

Updated: Dec 16, 2021

Children’s Equity Coalition (CEC) President and CEO, Staci Croom-Raley, was selected as a national fellow for New Leaders Council (NLC), Arkansas Chapter, scheduled to launch in January 2022. Croom-Raley joins hundreds of candidates, politicos, educators, civic leaders, nonprofit leaders, social entrepreneurs, business leaders, and philanthropic advocates for a six-month leadership institute, including a final capstone project.

NLC is a national organization that recruits leaders with the expertise, experience, and resilience to shape solutions and implement change. For 15 years, NLC has trained and connected nearly 10,000 proximate leaders across 50 local and statewide chapters. In addition, NLC’s reach extends beyond its immediate network of NLC fellows and alumni.

Through monthly cohort convenings, Ms. Croom- Raley will join her local fellows to identify, plan, and undertake initiatives to advance equity in Arkansas communities. This program is offered at no cost to fellows as NLC uses a pay-it-forward model. Learn more about the NLC Arkansas Chapter, other fellows, and the NLC network here.
